• Candidate data you upload: CVs, profiles, notes you choose to store.
• Payment data: billing contact and transaction metadata (processed via PCI-compliant provider; we don’t store full card numbers).

• Personalize outreach and screening workflows you configure.
• Security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and analytics.

We process data to perform our contract with you, based on legitimate interests (product improvement, security), and with consent where required.

We keep data while you maintain an account and delete or anonymize within 90 days after closure unless law requires longer retention.
